15 bug fixes from 3 rounds of parallel code review
Ran three parallel code review agents against every new and modified file. Caught and fixed 15 issues before they shipped: memory leaks in streaming connections, incorrect pagination counts, error responses masquerading as success, blocking calls inside async handlers, keyboard inaccessibility on interactive elements, silent API failures with no user feedback, and import crashes from missing configuration. Every fix traced to a real user-facing or data-integrity consequence.
