3 bug fixes — search index, dedup matching, timeout handling
Fixed a critical pattern-matching bug in document analysis that caused valid results to be incorrectly discarded. Improved fuzzy matching for task deduplication with better title normalization. Extended processing timeouts for longer documents that were silently failing.
