Health check system overhaul — smarter detection, self-scaling thresholds
Rebuilt the automated health check pipeline to distinguish real problems from normal system state. Detection thresholds now scale with database size instead of using hardcoded numbers. Repair scripts no longer trip safety circuits when they correctly detect large batches. Audit noise reduced from 344 findings to zero.
