Overnight Agent Modernization
Upgraded the autonomous overnight coding agent to use native agent definitions instead of inline configuration. Custom system prompts, safety rules, and tool restrictions now live in declarative files that can be versioned and shared. Also fixed a critical database bug that blocked all write operations.
