Unified Signal Library — Every Agent Speaks the Same Language
Built a shared signal library that standardizes how all automated agents report their status, failures, and friction events. Migrated 7 agents from duplicated inline code to the shared library, eliminating 190 lines of redundancy. Failed runs are now visible — previously invisible failures are captured even when the primary system is down.
