Memory Consolidator — 750x Faster KB Hygiene
Rewrote the weekly knowledge base hygiene scanner from a cloud AI dependency to a local-first approach. Execution time dropped from 5 minutes to 0.4 seconds while maintaining the same 5 analysis capabilities: duplicate detection, stale data identification, type distribution monitoring, embedding coverage tracking, and stuck task detection.
