Development Environment Hardening — Auto-Checks + Scoped Permissions
Added automatic syntax checking on every code edit (catches errors before runtime), restructured project instructions for better AI accuracy, and created 7 modular coding rules for different parts of the system. Tightened security permissions to prevent overly broad command access. Built, then audited by 3 parallel review agents — found and fixed 12 issues in the same session.
