Memory Embedding Tracking Column
Added direct embedding status tracking to the memory system, eliminating expensive cross-table lookups. Every memory now carries a flag indicating whether it has been semantically indexed. All creation, update, and archive paths maintain the flag atomically — no torn state possible. Backfilled 1,233 existing records. Reduces embedding gap detection from complex joins to a simple filtered count.
