Innovation agent now sees WHY things fail, not just THAT they fail
The AI agent that recommends system improvements now reads actual failure logs from other agents. Previously it only saw health status (pass/fail). Now it sees the error traces — the specific line that crashed, the timeout that hit, the query that broke. This means it can recommend root-cause fixes instead of generic suggestions.
