Session Insights Captured as Searchable Artifacts
When a work session produces a valuable comparison, analysis, or cross-reference, that thinking used to disappear into chat history. Now it gets captured as a searchable knowledge document at session close — with strict rules about what qualifies so the system doesn't fill up with noise. Pressure-tested mid-build via an independent review agent that surfaced two real gaps, both fixed before commit.
