Set Flow paused — reborn as a focused realtime signal app
Set Flow set out to manage a lot of what happens on a film production. The decision here was to pause that broad ambition and restart around a single sharp wedge: do one thing extremely well — broadcast the camera's ROLLING/CUT state to the whole crew in realtime, as a backup to the verbal call. The earlier effort's hard-won lessons carried forward — protect a minimal core, build cloud-and-realtime first — but none of its code did. That clean restart became Rolls & Cuts.
