Focusing v1: iPhone-only
Made the call to ship v1 for iPhone only. A proper iPad layout is a real, multi-session design effort, and a half-finished one risks the launch — so iPad becomes a clean follow-up while v1 stays focused. iPad owners can still run it in compatibility mode in the meantime.
