Apple Watch complication for live rolling/cut state
Built an Apple Watch face complication that shows the current rolling/cut state at a wrist-glance, in styles that fit different watch faces — from a single glyph up to a rich tile with a live counter and the latest crew update. Fixed a long-standing bug where the on-face indicator never refreshed after the first show, and made it honestly dim itself when the signal goes stale rather than showing a confident-but-wrong state. Put it through a multi-round review process (independent plan and code critiques) and then tested it on a real Apple Watch. It's in review now; a follow-up will let it keep updating even while the watch app is asleep.
