Reliable Apple Watch start/stop signal, resilient when offline
The Apple Watch control for marking a take as rolling or cut now works reliably. If the phone is briefly out of reach, presses are held and applied automatically once the connection returns instead of being silently lost — so the signal keeps working even in spotty conditions.
