Four onboarding and free-tier fixes, verified on a real device
Tightened four rough edges found during last week's device testing. The terms-and-privacy step now waits until the page has actually landed before it will accept, so an impatient double-tap can no longer agree to something that was never on screen. The free-tier check now refuses to save rather than quietly letting a save through when it can't confirm what you already have. The end-of-tour celebration now animates the same way everywhere, so the rocket launch and the confetti read as one moment instead of arriving mid-flight. And replaying the walkthrough no longer sets a second real alarm — a first run still gets its real one, because that's the point of the tour.
