Your wake-up media can't play twice any more
If your alarm ran a shortcut and then opened a link or a song, opening the app again later could open that media a SECOND time — a replay hours after you were already up. It happened because the app had no way of knowing those sequences had finished, so it kept a rescue standing by long after the media had actually played. Every wake-up sequence now checks back in when it completes, so the app knows the media landed and stays quiet. The rescue still works when a sequence genuinely dies: come back to the app and your media opens, once, with a note saying which step didn't finish. Verified on a real phone across three different destinations, including the case where a shortcut fails outright.
