Database delete protection — schema-level safety triggers
Critical data can no longer be accidentally deleted. The database itself now blocks unauthorized deletions on key tables, with an override mechanism for legitimate cleanup operations. Built after a near-miss where routine maintenance accidentally removed 33,000 data relationships — all recovered from automatic session snapshots.
