Overnight coding agent unblocked — root cause found and fixed
The autonomous overnight coding agent had failed every run since launch — all file writes were silently blocked. Traced the root cause through 4 sessions of handoff notes to a permission classifier that requires an explicit tool whitelist when running unattended. Applied the fix. Tonight's run is the real test.
