Agent fleet visibility — 6 agents now report health status
Three automated agents were running fine but invisible to the fleet health dashboard — they never announced their results. Added health signals to the sentinel (hourly security checks) and stale process monitor (RAM watchdog). Fixed a broken config file that prevented the docs freshness checker from ever starting. Fleet health expected to jump from 64% to 80%+.
