Bounded Two Logs That Were Quietly Growing Without Limit

Two long-lived logs were appending forever with no rotation policy. They hadn't caused trouble yet, but the trajectory was a slow march toward eating the disk and degrading write performance — the kind of issue you only notice when it's already painful. Swapped both writers for a stdlib handler that rotates the active file in place when it crosses a size threshold, keeps a bounded number of recent rotations, and drops the oldest. No data loss in normal operation; no behavior change to anything reading the current log. Preventative work that pays off precisely when nobody remembers to look.
