Executed a Pre-Tested Memory-System Upgrade Against the Live Database
Ran the schema upgrade that the previous session pressure-tested against a snapshot. Paused every background process that touches the database, applied the additive changes in seconds, ran a full set of integrity checks, then brought the background fleet back online cleanly. Every existing pipeline kept working without modification. The upgrade unlocks three forthcoming capabilities — smarter cross-document search, image understanding, and the memory-promotion data layer — that compound on top of the same foundation. Reversible by removing the new pieces.
