Ported Graph-Style Knowledge Extraction From an Open-Source Reference

Dropped in a knowledge-extraction layer adapted from a well-regarded open-source memory project. It reads a chunk of text and pulls out the meaningful entities and the connections between them, plus a second pass that catches anything missed on the first read. Tested against a real document — produced more than two dozen useful extractions cleanly, with the parser correctly rejecting the few records the model malformed. The connectors to the storage layer ship next; this session shipped the careful part — the prompt port, the parser, and the gleaning logic — as a pure function so the storage integration can be built on top without disturbing it.
