Free-tier groundwork landed: plan gate + tutorial that never eats your free slot
Merged the first half of the pre-launch branch queue after a full on-device pass. The free tier now counts only live plans - finishing a plan frees its slot - and the onboarding tutorial saves a real practice plan that never counts against the free limit, can't be duplicated by replaying the tour, and comes back if you delete it and run the tour again. Replaying a tutorial now ends with a friendly confirmation instead of silence.
