Device-verified UX fixes: delete confirmation, permission recovery, keyboard dismissal
A day of phone-in-hand testing turned into a batch of fixes shipped with the same merges: deleting a plan now asks from a clear centered dialog on every card style; denying a permission flips the button into a direct route to Settings instead of a dead end; and the plan editor's keyboard now always has an obvious way to close - tap the space under the field, swipe down, or hit return. Several of these replaced OS behaviors that looked fine in code but proved unreliable on a real device.
