Deadline-bounded rolling due dates

A task with a due date now keeps rolling forward each morning until its deadline day, then parks itself in the Backlog instead of chasing you forever — visible, non-destructive, and re-scheduleable from there. A task's own deadline now outranks the global auto-roll switch, so due-dated work keeps moving even when general roll-forward is off. Verified end-to-end on-device across multi-day scenarios.
