Day rollover now works no matter how the day was planned

Two reliability holes closed in the morning rollover. First: days you planned ahead of time used to silently skip the leftover roll — now unfinished tasks append below your pre-planned priorities exactly once. Second: if the app sat in the background across midnight, it never noticed the new day until force-quit — it now catches the day change the moment it's reopened. Both were found and verified live on-device.
