Golden Hour: repeat celebrations + widget completion reliability
New setting: choose whether the daily completion celebration fires once per day or every time you re-complete your Top 3. Also fixed a long-standing reliability gap where finishing your day from the home-screen widget could silently swallow the celebration when you next opened the app — it now fires dependably, and never against the wrong day after midnight.
