Device-testing day overturned four working theories about the watch link
A full day of on-device verification disproved four beliefs the project had been building on: a repaired phone-to-watch pairing turns out to break again on every phone reboot; the fallback delivery path cannot rescue that failure the way it was designed to; a grey watch face was being misread as one component's failure when it was another's; and a platform behavior everyone assumed (that the phone can wake the watch app) is documented not to exist. Each reversal was established with cheap empirical checks — screenshots, counters, A/B runs — after surviving multiple review rounds on reasoning alone, and every published claim that turned out to be inference was corrected on the record the same day.
