A code-review safety check that could never fail now catches what it was built for
The review workflow has a second AI reviewer that is required to back its claims about Apple platforms with official documentation. The check meant to enforce that passed every round, even when the reviewer never looked anything up. It now confirms real lookups for each round, and was proven against a deliberately broken run that the old check waved through and the new one stops. Along the way the reviewer was caught once reporting a lookup it never made, which is exactly the failure the check exists to stop.
