Assistant memory index trimmed 19% with nothing lost
The index of lessons the assistant loads at the start of every session was nearing its size limit. It went from 20.9 KB to 17.0 KB with all 135 entries kept, and pruning is now the assistant's standing job, so it never becomes a manual review chore.
