Drafted and Stress-Tested a Memory Upgrade Plan Before Touching Production

Wrote a multi-step upgrade plan covering smarter cross-document search, image understanding, and a daily-memory layer. Then ran the plan against a real copy of the production database in an isolated sandbox to verify the changes are safe, reversible, and don't disturb any existing pipelines. Closed the residual unknown that always shadows database changes — 'will it actually work on the first try.' Plan is ready for the next session to execute against live data with high confidence and a documented rollback path.
